Seller Representation 

Traditional/Short Sale Residential Sale   

Flat fee representation begins at $300 and varies depending on the facts surrounding the sale. 

Please call for a free consultation and price information for your particular situation. We request a $300 retainer to begin representation, the balance of the flat fee agreed upon to be paid at the closing.

(Attorney fee for closing is waived when Client is also utilizing FREST services.)

Buyer Representation

Traditional, Short Sale and REO

$100 per hour

We request a three hour retainer to begin representation with the balance of the fee paid at the closing.
