Fee Schedule for Estate Planning Services

  • $1,500 Flat Fee, plus hourly if applicable

  • $2,500 Flat Fee, plus hourly if applicable
    

• Estates worth more than $2 million dollars (net) are priced on a case-by-case basis, as tax planning may be necessary.

Estate Planning price includes initial consultation, drafting estate planning documents - revocable living trust, pour over will, Illinois power of attorney for healthcare, Illinois power of attorney for property, deed in trust for primary IL residence, transfer of personal property into the trust -- meeting to execute of estate plan documents, recording the deed in trust and the recording fees associated with same.

Price does NOT include transfer of other assets into the trust.
